These sandwiches are really delicious and easy to make. They are one of my family’s favorites. The recipe strikes a perfect balance of corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Thousand Island Dressing – a deli favorite.
“Mississippi Kitchen” has given us the recipe for her “special sauce” that makes this Reuben the best ever! Get the freshest rye bread and have the corned beef sliced paper thin for the best results. The sandwich is grilled and toasty which melts the cheese and warms all the ingredients through. If you make your own corned beef for St. Patrick’s Day, be sure to have some left over for these amazing sandwiches.
