Stuffed mushrooms are a great side dish for a holiday meal. This is our favorite recipe for stuffed mushrooms with a little twist. If you are serving these for Thanksgiving – use some stuffing instead of breadcrumbs for the filling. There is never enough stuffing!!
To serve them traditionally, simple add your favorite bread crumbs instead of the bread cubes. They are moist and flavorful with the addition of red bell pepper, Parmesan cheese and baked in chicken stock and white wine until golden brown. A great addition to the Holiday Feast!
