This tasty pasta salad is always well received, especially in summer. This one is dressed with a Cajun Seasoning/mayonnaise blend.
Lump crab meat can be costly. Use real crab when it’s on sale, but the imitation crab has really inproved over the last few years. Imitation crab scares some folks, but it is generally mix of Alaskan Pollock and King Crab meat and works great in a salad like this. It adds color to the dish and presents well. Old Bay Seasoning gives this salad a distinct taste. Save the lump crab for some crab cakes or stuffed crab.
