Who wouldn’t want to wake up on a crisp, chilly morning to the aroma of cinnamon and apples waiting for you? The original version was a Weight Watcher’s that has been slightly modified for a more nutritious boost and is made overnight in the Crock Pot.
“The Yummy Life” added some flaxseed and extra cinnamon to bump of the flavor of this nutty and hearty oatmeal. This makes about 6 hearty servings so it’s great when you have guests. Monica also gives us variations on the recipe for Pumpkin Pie, Cherry Almond and Banana Coconut. Oatmeal doesn’t have to be boring!
