This delicious berry smoothie from ‘A Guiltless Glutton!’ would would be great at any time, but it would be perfect if you have not been eating or looking after yourself as well as you should lately.

It is packed with goodness, it contains Greek yoghurt, strawberries, raspberries, banana, mango juice and spinach (ok I am not so sure about the spinach, but I think you have to trust the recipe the first time), so there is a whole load of vitamins, minerals and protein in it.

It takes minutes to make in a blender, so give it a go, your body will thank you for it!
