No Kentucky Fried Chicken meal would be complete without the coleslaw. I’ve tried many recipes, but this one seems to hit the nail on the head!
Patti of “Comfy Cuisine” shares her copycat version – not just the buttermilk coleslaw – but the Mashed Potato Bowl and gravy! The cabbage does need to be grated or finely chopped to duplicate the restaurant style version. In fact, I think it’s easier to chop the cabbage in the food processor than to try and get it thinly sliced. It’s best made a few hours before or even overnight!
