Taco salads are great but are usually loaded with cheese and sour cream. This is a much more healthier, tasty version of a favorite taco salad.
Monica of “The Yummy Life” used lean ground turkey and fresh vegetables that make this high in fiber and low in calories. She also give us a great Vegan version. Most of the time spent on this recipe will be prepared the taco meat. The remainder is as easy as putting together a salad. This will make a great lunch or even a light dinner.
