We still have a little more time to keep on grilling! Steak and chicken are usually always on the menu, but turn something ordinary into something extraordinary!
“Creole Contessa” took all the components of a grilled steak and chicken dinner and turned them into fajita nachos. A quick, simple marinade and in 30 minutes you are ready for the grill. The fajitas were topped with both Cheddar and Jack cheese and broiled to perfection. Serve with fresh guacamole and corn chips and you’ve got a delicious dinner!
