“Creole Contessa” uses frozen Hashbrowns, sirloin steak, and plenty of bacon with a divine cheese sauce with sour cream in this casserole. She suggests freezing the steak slightly for ease in cutting or slicing. You could bake this in individual ramekins or in a casserole dish to serve family style. I think we just might need to make up some kind of brunch – so we can put this on the menu!
