Baked potatoes go down well with everyone – usually topped with beans, cheese or tuna. So how about something different? These appetising baked potatoes from the Instructables site look pretty and delicate enough for a shared family or evening meal, but are also simple enough for a mid-week feast.
If variety is the spice of life – why not try this with sweet potatoes? Try adding some thin slivers of garlic between each cut (fiddly but definitely worth it). How about adding some herbs – rosemary (at the start) or chives (at the end) perhaps? What about blue cheese, leek and bacon? Use your imagination!
